It's unlocked and can be used on any CDMA network such as Sprint, Verizon, US Cellular. PLEASE KNOW IF YOUR PHONE SERVICE PROVIDER IS CDMA. It is NOT compatible with GSM networks. It's been reset to original settings. Phone has had protective case on it since day 1 as well as a glass screen protector. The phone case has been removed so that it will fit in the original box.
