Picked up a Chaves 228 and loved the ergos, clip, and action but not the blade profile or color. Sent to REK to regrind the edge into a tanto and cerakote the blade, handle, and hardware. Still just isn't for me.. My loss is your gain, REKs work is perfect and it's definitely a solid knife. Comes with a zipper pouch. Forgot to take a pic of the initial Chaves when I got it before the work and I'm not sure on the generations unfortunately.
