This was a gift, brand new in box, a little over a year ago. Other than occasionally taking it out to try it on and click my M&P 9 into it, it has not been used and has never been outside my home. I no longer have the box for it.
Firearm locks in tightly. Great holster, just not practical for me. Comes with paddle attachment, belt loop attachment, and screws for securing holster to carry option. Asking $35. I accept PayPal gift or money order. Price includes shipping in USPS Priority Flat Rate Box.
