Up for sale is a Venom new concept flipper folder. These knives are sold through a couple different sources. This particular knife was sold by Blade HQ as a CKF. Custom knife factory does sell them and they are made in the same factory as many Custom Knife Factory knives are but it is not part of the actual ckf lineup though it is rumored to be a deaign coming from them.
It has a very interesting feature that will be a love or hate for most and that is a secondary lock built into the lockbar. Essentially a spring loaded wheel with a locking tab is built into the lockbar preventing an accidental closing of the knife. Operation of this wheel however is very easy and after getting used to it becomes almost second nature. The knife was carried and used but it doesnt have any signs of such. No scratches, dings, dents or drops. Basically as close to new as possible. Comes with its original pouch which is a ckf red,blue and white zipper pouch. It will also cone with a bit i ground out of an old tool bit and rehardened as well as a complete set of hardware minus a new pivot screw as i have installed the new one in the knife. I will also include e original pivot though it is pretty chewed up. But the rest of the extra hardware is new.
Knife is as close to as new as you could expect. Blade drops like a guillotine when unlocked. Very impressive action with no wrist action needed. Detent is what i call a goldie locks detent. Not to stiff and snappy but not mush either.
