TRADE PENDING
I've had both of these handguns for quite a few years. I bought the Davis D-22 Derringer on a whim. I should have paid the extra cash and bought a Bond Derringer. The FIE Titan .25 I received in a trade. I traded the individual and knife for the Titan, the individual that I traded with got the better of the trade. Here's some info on the two handguns.
First, the D-22 Derringer's button safety popped out after my second or third range trip with it. This does not effect the funtion of the handgun at all. The button safety works as a hammer block only. I couldn't imagine ever carrying a derringer with the hammer cocked on a live chamber. I still have the safety and spring. I do not know what happened to the detent. If you have some spare detents laying around you could probably pop the safety back in within a few minutes. The derringer works perfectly except for the safety. I can provide additional pics of the derringer on request.
Next, the FIE Titan. The Titan is a .25. It works about 90% of the time. The safety is a little funky on this thing. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. I would not trust the safety on this thing. I just shot it last weekend and could shoot center of man at 7 yards. The magazine holds 7 rounds. I can provide additional pics of the Titan on request.
I'd like to trade both handguns for:
-Mosin Nagant rifle or any other C&R rifle
-Nagant 1895 revolver or any other C&R handgun
-.22 rifle or handgun
-a different cheap handgun
-pocket knives
I'm open to offers. I will only ship the handguns to an FFL dealer. If you live in Wisconsin I would be willing to do a FTF near the Madison area. If you have any interest or questions send me an email.
