I have a bunch of knives for trade. I have lots of trade interests; I'm mostly looking to source knives to review for my blog (link in signature).
What I have:
- Benchmade 940; This is in good shape but it has been used. I have sharpened it and there are some marks on the top of the handle from sharpening. Otherwise great shape, no blade play and good action, good centering, has deep carry clip. Has box and bag. Looking to trade for another Benchmade.
- Kershaw Bareknuckle; This has been carried and used lightly. It hasn't been sharpened, but has been stropped. Perfect centering, no blade play, great action. Really nice knife. Not super sure about trading this one but like I said I want to source other knives for review.
- Kershaw Leek; Has been sharpened but little use or carry. Maybe carried 2 times. No blade play, good centering, flips nicely. No box I don't think.
- Kershaw Thistle; This is actually a really nice knife after taking it apart and adjusting it. Could be added to a trade to even things out if necessary. Has been carried and used and sharpened but great shape. No blade play, smooth action, nice lockup. Very cool lock mechanism. Wish they'd make more knives with it.
- Kershaw Cathode; This is a cool looking knife with the patterned handle. Just tested the edge. No blade play, relatively good centering, okay action (not the snappiest assisted flipper but it opens every time). Same deal, could be traded for something less expensive or added to a trade.
- Spyderco Endura 4 Grey; This is a classic. It is a really nice knife. Good but not perfect centering (nowhere near the liners), perfect lockup, nice drop closed action. A really great knife. I used it moving at work and had to sharpen it. Unfortunately in sharpening it a piece of diamond grit must have come loose and scratched it. Other than that nice shape. Has silver clip. Has box.
- Great Eastern Cutlery Farm & Field #71 Bullnose in Orange Delrin; This is unused, but I did sharpen it because it came with a thick edge and a little blade rap (a lot of GECs do). It has no blade rap, really nice action with about a 6-7 pull, nice snappy walk and talk, good centering, no big gaps. A really nice knife. This is probably the one I imagined trading for a Queen in ACSB, but other offers are welcome also. Has tube.
- Case Trapper in Yellow; This knife has been carried and used and sharpened. Blades a little off center to show side, but nice action at about a 5, no huge gaps, normal Case construction. I imagined I'd trade this for one of the Cases I'm interested in, but again I'm open to offers. No box.
