Hello all i have a benchmade 940, knifeworks limited edition in d2. it was a user, there are marks on the clip and handle. however, the original blade [included with knife in trade along with original box papers and cloth sock] broke and was replaced by benchmade and has NOT been sharpened since. used very lightly and oiled, and then set aside.

i'm looking for a large folder, 710 being ideal although all things over 3.75" will be considered. exceptions to that rule are intriguing knives such as the Spyderco Persian or framelocks.

i loved the knife, great little guy but since i've gotten my 53, i just don't need 2 knives of the same or close to same length and i wanna try something new.

don't be afraid to make offers regarding things other than what i asked for; worst i can do is say no.

Any interest in a Wenger SwissGrip multitool? It's by far the strongest multitool known to man.
 
hows the blade play? i have a spyderco police3 g-10 (4 3/8" blade)that carried 2 times only cut a few slices of paper with it. awsome knife just a tad on the large side for me, love to try a bm.
 
I sent you an email. But in case you didn't receive it, there is no blade play. Any blade play that develops is easily remedied by tightening the pivot screw, however that shouldn't be an issue as I did Loc-tite it.
