FT, Benchmade Resistor fixed blade for Spyderco Ronin

I have a Benchmade 220 Resistor fixed blade for trade. Its a first production 271 of 1000. Knife is in great shape with box and papers. I'm looking to trade for a Spyderco Ronin will also consider Spyderco folders. As long as its not beat up. Here are a couple pics.
