i have a LNIB BM 710 prototype marked "june 1998" i would swap for the right item, its really a pretty cool prototype as it differed a lot from the production run which most BM protos dont do that, anyway its got black anodised aluminum (IIRC, they MIGHT be ti will try and look and see for sure) handles vs the std G10, and the thumbstuds match the axis lock buttons, really pretty cool, and its in 100% LNIB shape, so if ya wanna own the grandaddy of all the BM axis locks and a piece of BM history make me an offer on it.
i dont have any pics right now but i will guarantee it to be as described.
am looking for other BM's (ie rukus maybe, or a .....?), spydercos (ie manix, or .....?), emersons ( ie CQC15, CQC13, or .....?) or maybe something from zero tolerance, surefire stuff, AR15 stuff, AK stuff, or ?????
