Hey guys, i have a 1st Generation 8gb ipod touch that has the latest software and has been jail broken. It has been used quite a bit and there are scratches on the back and some very very minor ones on the screen, other than that it is pretty perfect, it has been restored and there is no data on it other than the jailbreak items.
