I have for trade a Cold Steel LTC Kukri in Carbon V. The edge has been touched up and stropped and I ran it through a couple of mats to test it. It stood up to the claim! There are some light swirls to the black finish where it went through the mat but are only barely noticeable if held at the right light and angle. Sheath is in good shape, a few dings here and there from rolling around in the back of my Baja Bug. Otherwise the Kukri has not been used since.
