I have two sticks of RAM that were pulled out of a new Proliant server for an upgrade. They are both made by SMS (Southland); one is a 128MB stick, the other, 256MB. Their numbers are as follows:

128MB - 30000973-00 100002480-02
Description: SMS MEMORY 128MB SDRAM ECC RDIMM SO-SOU

256MB - 30000974-00 100002675-01
Description: SMS MEMORY 256MB SDRAM ECC RDIMM SO-SOU

I don't recall, and that machine has since left my possession. I was doing an upgrade for a company and they used the RAM as partial payment for the work I did.
