I just picked this one up and it's basically new in the pack. I put batteries in it to test it out. This one comes with Helmet strap, velcro strap, lanyard, and Red, Blue, Green, & Amber Filters. It comes with manual and instructions for helmet strap. This item is restricted to active military personnel/contractor only. I would like to trade for another tactical light preferably Surefire E2D or 6P LED. And if you have any tactical equipment that you want to trade for this light please email me. Thank you.
