I bought a RAT Cutlery HEST (before ESSE) when they came out, and now it's time to trade it in. I carried it only once on my belt, and decided it wasn't for me. The knife has never cut anything, but I have to trade it as used. The ink on the handle scales is rubbed and blurred, but still visible. The four screws that are held on with Chicago screws are faded. The very tip of the prybar butt is a little faded. Apart from those three things, the knife is new. I will post some photos later. This trade is for the HEST knife itself, the factory handles scales and screws, the factory black Kydex sheath, and the four screws and Chicago bolts they go into. I don't have any of the other paperwork, packaging, etc.

What I'm Looking For:
Lightly used or better. Plain edge only please...
RAT Cutlery RC-3 (or ESSE 3)
RAT Cutlery RC-4 (or ESSE 4)
TOPS Interceptor Police Utility 4" Drop Point, Skeletonized Handles
Similar small to medium fixed blades that could double as a neck knife, with Kydex sheaths.
Ranger Afghan, 5" blade, any handle color
Ranger Bush Series, 6" blade or larger, any handle color
Ranger Night Stalker, 9.5" blade, any handle color

I have an Ontario TAK-1 with a D2 blade. I acquired it as unused and although I've never carried or used it (and the blade is in excellent condition), I'd also have to offer it as used. The previous owner removed the coating so it has a light patina on it, which barely allows you to see the RAT logo, which was on all their knives with D2 steel and not on the 1095 blades. It comes with the crappy issue sheath, but also an On Scene Tactical sheath. All in all, it's a pretty nice package. Not sure that I have the box & docs.

I have a few LNIB Rat's ....can post images if interested as ..all have never been carried or cut anything. None has been shapened ...... but I am in South Africa :)

The list I have is ....

1 - RC-3 Mil P (black) with std sheath on a molle back, belt/boot clip, card and 2 molle clips with all screws.
2 - RC-3 (Orange and OD) in Sharpshooter leather sheath with LMB fire steel. No card, clips or screws.
3 - RC-4 P (black) in Sharpshooter leather, plain edge. Card but no molle clip or screws.
4 - RC-4S DT (tan) with serrations in std sheath with molle back, screws and card.
