FT: Spyderco Dragonfly and Kershaw Clash

I have Dragonfly 1, stainless steel scales and vg-10 blade and a Kershaw Clash up for grabs, Dragonfly comes with box, both look brand new aside from the slightest couple of scratches on the dragonfly's handle (almost unnoticeable).

Would like to trade both for a higher value knife, but am open to anything, shoot away :)
 
What kind of clip on the DF 1? Is it PE?
