Hi BF I'm trying to get out of my old hobby of R/C cars. What we have here is something I said I'd never get rid of. I got this truck as a "basket case" about 4 years ago and have built it into a perfectly race prepped truck with no expenses spared. I have been the RC tech at my local hobby shop for about 5 years and having a nice discount on parts made this truck possible. Unfortunately I have not driven this truck in about 3 years and it deserves to be driven. Sadly, when I put it away the last time, I didn't realize it would be 3 years before I touched it and I forgot to do afterrun maintenance on the engine. Now the engine is a little gummed up. It's not terrible, certainly not nearly as bad as I've seen in my years working on other people's engines, but bad enough that I tell you to approach this as though the engine is not even on the truck. The engine may be cleanable but I don't know for sure. The good news is the engine only has between 1 and 1.5 gallons run through it after the break in and has like new compression and pinch so if you have a 3.3 engine sitting around by chance, the piston and sleeve in this one are definitely reusable for a few gallons. Other than the engine, the truck is in stellar shape cosmetically and mechanically. I maintained this truck meticulously when I drove it routinely and kept it very clean. So I guess I'll get down to the myriad upgrades on this truck.

Clearly I have a ton of money into this truck (over 1k) and it served me very well bashing around in the back lots and the short period of time I raced it. Now that I'm entering my 4th year of electrical engineering school I just never have time to race this one and I'm more obsessed with knives than I am with RC anymore. That said I'd like to turn it into a ZT 0600 or other limited or rareish knife. I would also entertain trades for multiple knives like two Microtechs like a UTX-70 or Socom Elite satin plain edge drop point. Just let me know what you've got if you want this truck. :)
