GAK is the one handed model and comes with leather sheath w/ rotating clip. Practically new condition. I've only cut up some jalapeños on a plastic cutting board with it.
The Chef's is HUGE! I bought it as new but it came with some storage marks on the blade. I've used it for food prep just once, but it's just too big for me.
Interested in plain edge Spyderco and Byrd models. Vic Ramblers in Stayglow Yellow, Edelweiss, or some sort of Pink. Vic kitchen cutlerly with non black handles. Good, water proof, Perpetual Calendar Watch.
