Hello friends!
Today, from my shop in Ohio, I present for your consideration a beautiful full sized chef knife
Specs follow:
Steel: AEBL stainless steel at Rc 60-61
Size: 12” OA. Cutting edge 7.5” thickness at ricasso 0.13”
Grind: Full flat. Satin belt finish.
Handle: Purple swirl urethane with black and white g10 liners. Solid copper pins. Food safe
