Here's one I just finished up, it's my version of an ABS style Competition Cutter. Fit and finish isn't a Loveless ... but it performs very well for it's intended purpose.

This knife is a real cutter, it has a full convex grind with a zero edge. You can cut free hanging rope, chop 2 x 4's ... basically do anything a knife is for.

It is not for smashing concrete blocks or prying open doors, I can make a knife for that ... this is a precision cutter that is lightweight for it's size and can be carried all day for it's intended purpose.

I don't forge too much these days as it pisses of the neighbors, so this one's pretty rare for me:

Forged 5160 heat treated to HRC 60 with a cold blued finish. The tang is tapered and the blade has a distal taper to the tip. Fast and sharp. :D

Overall Length: 14-7/8"

Blade Length (to top of scales): 9-7/8"

Blade Width (at widest point): 1-5/8"

Thickness at ricasso: 0.238"

Weight: 17 oz (without sheath), Sheath is 8 oz.

Handle: Symmetrically contoured "Sandstorm" G10 with 303 Stainless steel rivets (allows use of front-style lanyard -which is much safer than one located at the end of the handle)

Sheath: ABS Style, sheath and knife can be removed from the loop holder without undoing your belt. (Wouldn't want to be dropping your pants out in the woods, while holding a big knife!)

Price is: SOLD (includes shipping to CONUS).

The knife goes to the first person who posts "I'll take it".

Thanks!

I really am a starving knifemaker .... so how about a massive price reduction for a forged knife. (It ain't easy being a knifemaker in Los Angeles). This knife isn't a looker, but I guarantee that it's likely one of the sharpest cutters you'll own. A person can literally shave with it. ;)
