Here is another mod I just finished. Just holler if anyone gets tired of seeing my mods. My day time job has been really slow lately :o but that also means more time to grind :)

The original knife was a standard FSH. I believe it was KnifeAddict's passaround FSH at one point. It looks to have been sharpened many a times and the edge was really thick. The edge was a whopping .12 or something really close to that right behind the edge near the belly and tip. It now sports a modest clip and a full convex grind with zero edge.

I never get tired of your mods. I'm tempted to take a place in line. I really like the conves edge. Keep up the good work Ban:thumbup:

I'd love to see the equipment / tools used when you do your thing!

Edit: I see MORIMOTOM read my mind and asked my question before I even thought of it! Does that make sense? I don't think so!

I'll see if I can take pics of my little corner in the warehouse in the next few days :o It only consists of a cheapy drill press, a grizzly grinder, and a KMG.

Ban, that another beautiful job!!! I saw that knife up here in Anchorage before KAAK listed it, yep that bugger had been put through the mill for sure.

YAH! I know you are a big fan of the FSH. I use to think why FSH when there is a FBM? Since getting my own FSH they have grown on me significantly. So much so that the FSH has become my favorite all around factory Busse.

I pulled the GL from a FFBM who is now nekkid. I will put some iron wood on her very shortly ;)
 
damn that looks fine.
yeah, the FSHs had obscenely thick edges. i had to do a lot of work on mine just to get it to cut decently.
