Thanks! I had taken the shoulders off of a Mora in the past and while it definitely improved performance it's nowhere near the boost the full conversion to FFG gave it.

That is awesome to hear!.... Hmmmm... I too have a grinder... hhhmmmm.... have to do this eventually...

Just make sure to stock up on those scandi lover tears before hitting the grinder. Don't want to burn your blade!

In all seriousness the scandi grind has its place, but my personal preference is FFG all the way.
