This is a positive review of Full Metal Jacket, located in Alexandria, VA. Rytstuf and I visited it on our tour of local knife stores run by or employing BF members. The BF member, who prefers not to be identified, is their employee and knife guru, and he has steered ownership of this former military surplus store into the knife business.
Full Metal Jacket now carries a full range of Benchmade and Kershaw products (and a few Hinderers if you know the secret password
) The BF member really knows his knives and will drop everything to discuss them in depth. He will also do special orders.
If you live in or near Alexandria, please do yourself a favor and stop by Full Metal Jacket. You will probably spend some money.
