POLL added, should the Buck 819 make a return as a full tang version of the 119. 119 stays a 119.

Just hit the mailbox. Buck 819 with S30V.
What a great idea to have a full tang 119 option with the custom shop choices as well.

That is one model from the Signature Series knives. A top shelf offering, mirror polished blade of S30V with a up-grade sheath and
a self guard with a lanyard hole. A lot to like. DM

That knife is beautiful and certainly a nice rarity.

As a production knife. I doubt it would be very successful. Too many other established full tang designs. On the market.

finished the way that one is it would be too high priced and with lesser fit and finish it’s just another full tang knife in a full market.

That is a fine looking knife. If Buck Knives were to offer it again I would be in for a small one (118 or 105 or 212) - a size I would actually use. OH

good point and maybe so. think price point would be a major influence on movment of it. too high, might not move well.

Let's face it........these are not users.

They're display knives.

Joe average would never buy one.

Most collectors would like it but buy something else.

That's the way the business works.

Did they even sell the whole thousand?

Nobody knows for sure.
