Here's a new variation of one of my favorite knives. I really like these Hunting Claws and this is the first one with an integral guard and bolsters. You know me, gotta try something new. I hope you like it.
This Claw has a blade of high carbon 5160 steel with a hand-rubbed finish and a 5 3/4" cutting edge. The handle has an integral guard with nickle-silver bolsters and a tapered tang. The handle scales are dyed/stabilized Giraffe bone with black liners and Onyx spacers, finished off with handle bolts and
a lanyard liner of stainless steel. This knife's overall length is 11 1/8". The tooled leather blade sheath, by Tess, is inlaid with a double window of white Snakeskin.

confused: ) so she's re-doing it with slightly smaller windows so she can tool all the way around the snake skin...she's as bad as I am.
