Full tang leuku knife. (I know that's redundant)

* OAL 10 1/4 inches
* Blade 5 7/8 inches 1/8 L6 steel, convex ground.
* Handles are ipe with stainless fittings and a large 3/16 ID lanyard tube.
* Sheath is molded deep pouch expedition sheath, with strap independent of the main body for replacement, modification or repair, belt hanger seperately stitched, easy to customize or replace.

Excellent large wilderness knife and small chopper. During testing I chopped through a 2 inch branch form a windkilled tree in my backyard and it worked great. Took several small limbs off easily, too.

Pocket Nessmuk, in Manzanita.

OAL 6 1/4 inches
Blade 3 1/8 inches 3/32 15n20, convex ground.
Handle is Manzanita, soaked in linseed oil and completely dried, rubbed and then has a soft cloth buffed beeswax finish.

Mahogany sheath, expedition style.

This one has a bit more handle mass than some of the others and makes a good small EDC. The scales came out really well this time, too. Don't know if the photographs show it well.

Great work on the knives. THOSE SHEATHS though...I think you used up a little magic on 'em!!! (Sometimes things just click with me...and those sheaths are definitely clicking.) Great job.

WOW
all good
i like the youth model. same length blade as the bigger Leuku.
nice sheaths. do are making super knives .
where you gettin' that L6 steel?? L6 is some of the toughest steel for knives on this planet. i like good carbon steel. it's what knives should be made of.
thanks for the images.

I get "help" on the sheaths. I still do the basic design, but Koyote Girl has passed me up on execution. Her stitching is so clean, and she's patient with the waterforming.

hte L6 i am using mostly right now is recycled from sawmills. Lots of effort into it. But I'm going to have to switch to crucible soon. Getting hard to find good known steel out that's being recycled.

Wow those are sweet, That pocket Nessie is awesome. Koyote girl does some excellent sheath work, I love em. Can't wait for the two you are making me to come!

Capital work! I wish the leuku was adult sized for me. You must tell koyote girl she is doing some fantastic leather work as well! I'm partial to both L6 (and thus 15N20) and Osage Orange, so I'm keeping my eyes open on your "for sale" threads from now on.

I was gonna say- there is an adult sized one. But not in osage orange. There's one in work, though. YOu'll be happy soon!
