Hello friends, let me to show and offer to You my first finished framelock.
Blade is made of W1 steel, quenched to hamon. Hamon is not acid etched, but is good visile. Original piece of material for blade was 1.18" round bar.
Frame is machined Ti6Al4V titanium with double colour Ano. Polished flats are ano´ed to purple/blue, other surfaces are peeled and ano is overburned over the 150V, that seems like sandblasted but is not. Stainless insert on locking bar. Precise hardened and tempered pivot from AKS, hardened stop pin.
There is no bladeplay, blade is centered, strong detent and sure lock up.
Hadle leght is 124mm (4.88")
Blade lenght is 95mm (3.74")
Overal lenght is 220mm (8.66")
Weight of knife is 173grams (6.10 oz.)
