Not a silly question at all i forgot to add that into the OP 3.5 the Spearpoint has only been made in 3.5 so far

look at where the pocket clip lands on the lockbar stabilizer. 3.5in lands right on top, 4in XM24 doesn't quite reach it, and the 3in lands past it towards the pivot end. This is assuming the clip is run in the tip up configuration. Tip down is just about the same.

Very nice blade OP. Full Ti is how they should come from the factory.
