Fulltang- forged W2 and bocote

Hi guys, I have for sale this knife.

The blade is forged from W2. The construction of the knife is fulltang. Handle are made of Bocote and hold the 3 screws are stuck.

Very very nice and very very tempting......you know, you are not making this easier. how do like w2, does it hold an edge and how do you like using a knife made from it?

W2 is a great steel. Well forged processes at a suitable smith processing can improve its properties. It is carbon steel, it is necessary to so accessed. It is not stainless. But the blade is amazing in many fine blade is pretty tough. Hardened is to 60HRC

Thanks, do yo use bar stock for the steel? I know some makers who use old Nichelson files for w2 steel. Nice. I know this one will sell fast too, nice hamon lines.

Yes, i use bar stock.
A few years back I purchased a large amount of W2. I therefore reserve.
