Fully Convexed Folding Knife?

Just learn to convex. Get some wet/dry sandpaper in various grits, a soft-ish substrate to put it on (mouse pad, the leather strop you ar going to use later), and go to it.

Its actually kinda idiot-proof, in fact it takes advantage or and relies upon a sloppy sharpening technique.

If I can do it (and I have to many of my folders) then anybody can.

(BTW...that video is full of nonsense.)

I think Derrick at KSF has some of his folders convexed by Bark River post production.

I'm not sure what he has available now, but it might be worth contacting him.

Any convexing tutorials out there?

Google will be your friend on that one. There's a million of 'em. Read a couple. None of them help that much until you actually start doing it yourself and figuring it out. Get some cheap slipjoints or kitchen knives you dont use and go at it.

Dont press down hard. Softly. Thats the only real trick.

Exactly. It ain't hard....

A little confusion here.... Are looking for the entire blade convexed or just the edge bevel?

Almost nobody fully convexes a blade. The vast, vast, vast majority are flat ground with just a section convexed. Even from the manufacturers who sell
"convex" knives.

And not that theres anything wrong with that...I happen to prefer that grind.

If your into a convex edge you might want to look into a Work Sharp WSKTS-KO Ken Onion Edition. It'll run you a bit more than a mouse pad and sandpaper but it's worth the money IMO.

You can create a convex on the wicked edge also, go from 16,17,18,19,20 with your stones then strop at 16 and another angle and it will blend all your angles together. Clay has a video out on it.

I bought a beast of a full convex folder for about $10 called the Ken Warner BGG. 10Cr17 blade and a very stout design. For what I paidiit will make a heck of a beater.

Picking up an Opinel and spending a little time bringing out the best in the edge would be a great inexpensive way to see if convex is for you. Opinels are widely considered one of the all time great slicers and with good reason.
