Thanks man. Funny you should say that. That's the same thing my wife said after I fired it up, that it reminded her of her childhood, camping with her parents.Great pics. Thanks for sharing with us.
The smell of Coleman fuel and an old green stove always brings back vivid memories of Mom and Dad taking my brother and I camping when we were kids. Good times.
Thanks man, it was great to get away. Made it hard to be at work today it was so good. The 7 is awesome. Love the way it balances out. Will be using her again, fo sho. You are correct on the stove date, I looked it up. Nice looking stove, by the way.Looks like you had a great getaway, Dubz. Always nice to be able to get out, disconnect, and enjoy some fresh air. And fire. And knives. And cigars. All in all, it looked fantastic, glad you could get a chance to unwind a bit.
That 7 looks really good, I like the mod that bladesmith put on it, dresses it up quite nicely.
Your old Coleman stove reminded me of one that my wife picked up for me a little while ago at a garage sale. I haven't fired it up yet but it looks to be in pretty great condition, someone took pretty good care of it. '65-'69 vintage, I believe.

That's my first shots of the Coleman, haha.Late to the party, but better late than never! That BK7 looks a lot like a mini BK9! Of course batoning is something I do with every single one of my fixed blades. Love the king and always love shots of that old Coleman!
That's my first shots of the Coleman, haha.
