@hoopster - is that loop for IWB or just hanging on the belt?

It's actually called an IWB loop but the way I've been setting them up it's just for hanging OWB.

I'm sure it could be used IWB though.

What kind of rivets do you use to hold the kydex together after you have folded it over on to itself? Might want to try my hand at sheath making.

GO FOR IT!!!

If you are using .080" thick kydex (pretty standard thickness) you use these:

If you use the thicker .093" kydex use:

Both of these have a hole diameter of .25" which seems to be the standard screw size and is the correct size to match up with teklok screws...
