Fundamentals of Unarmed Combat is edition #1 in a series of material put out by noted World War Two combatives authority Frank Cestari. You can read more about him on gutterfighting.org or mondogutterfighting.com.
This CD version is 39 minutes and does not have chin jab on it. Covers basic movement, distance and range, attacks to head or legs, upsetting balance, which leg to put weight and why, head twist takedowns, importance of attacking first, boosting power in blows through the drop-step, how to strike without telegraphing, how to train with body tension as in the real thing, axe hand strikes and a lot of other stuff I just can't think of right now. This is considered one of the best CD's to own regardless of style, art, or experience level. $15 includes shipping and insurance.
