The original factory in Japan that Pat had these made by went out of business, and he stopped having them made for a while. He started again with a new factory, which are the ones you see on his site. Yours is one of the ones from the original factory.
Whether the original ones have any collector value or not now that he is having them made again is an open question. I would like to think so, since I bought two NIB of the originals before I knew he was going to start having them made again!!

Thanks for the info. I have had this about 6 years or so. I did not know much about it, BUT had priced it WAY too high. I need to do a little research on it.
