Funny story "I buy all of these expensive knives and none of them are sharp!"

I douse my wooden cutting boards about once a week with peroxide and that seems to work good for killing any bacteria from the meats. I don't discriminate what gets cut on my cutting board.
 
I've thought long and hard about "accidentally" breaking my wife's glass cutting board. I'm fed up with having to sharpen the kitchen knives every week.

I caught her using a little hawkbill paring knife to chop vegetables on the glass board last week. AUGH! :eek:
