Furi Tech Edge Pro sharpening system?

Draw through sharpening systems can work very well on softer steels such as Rachael Ray's Furi knives. I would not chance using them on harder knives as they will probably tear the edge. I have never used the Furi system but this has been the general experience for draw through types of sharpeners.

I have wushof knives.....probabaly not that much harder than Ms Ray's I suspect. I am certainly not set on a draw through system....just keen to investigate.
I am aware that the draw through systems have little kudos on this site, however, many of the usual concerns with these types of systems are addressed by the PR spin on their website I am as keen as anyone to disprove what they say, but also curious because they are so vehement on the wonders of the system.
To clarify, the Tech Edge Pro is a three tier system with a re-edging tool, a diamond hone (like the Ozitech) and a fine hone for everyday use.
Not only do they claim it 'makes traditional forms of knife sharpening redundant' but also that it will create a better edge than most people could create with any stone based system. Now this is probably all wild hyperbole (in fact I am sure an experienced stone user could far outperform this system) but I am keen to hear from someone who has used the full shi-bang. ???
If it is all lies, I will march right out and buy a Sharpmaker (though they are hard to find in Australia)......then maybe a kit of stones when I save the cash!
