Anyone have any experience with the SOG Fusion Jungle Primitive? I am looking at one as an all round camping knife. Your impressions would be appreciated. Thank you for your help and input

I don't think it wouild make a good all around camp knife because of it's size.
It would be great for chopping or pruning around camp area or making shelter etc.
It would not be good for preparing food or anything related to meals because of it's blade size........that's just my opinion.
Robbie Roberson.
Just took a look at the SOG Revolver. Interesting looking blade. as much as I do not like gimmicky knives this appears to be the real deal. I just noticed Robbie is this your design? Definitely will take a look at it if Cabelas carries it. Any opinions on the Kershaw Outcast Knife? How would it compare to the Fusion Jungle Primitive. I have read some comparison to the Ethan Becker Brute which is saying alot IMO one of the best survival / camping knives ever made. Especially at its price pointNow the SOG Seal Revolver makes a good camp knife for food prep general cutting and sawing. I used it Christmas day to make Dutch Oven Chicken soup. Cut up all the meat and veggies with my Revolver and it did a great job. Pair it with a bigger blade and you have a great setup for camping. And the Jungle Primitive would probably do a good job for the big stuff. At least the shape looks good to me, I've never tried it. Got my self a Tigershark so that covers the big stuff.
