Ever since I ordered the BG WTF, all other Busse knives just seem so small by comparison. Ordinarily, I would be all over the Steel Heart.
 
I'm in for the baby boom. Been looking for a small cleaver , looks perfect to cut my limes for my gin and tonics. Not sure in the FSH m already have a ASH and ASH 2, why do I need a FSh?

Yeah, looks like the ones Jerry showed us in the thread when they got the samples. I mentioned that earlier.
 
Would it be possible to get a baby Boom without the nostril hole?
 
It will be hard to resist unless the geometry is unforgivable. Knowing Jerry though, that's a far off possibility.

The man knows how to sell blades.
 
If that Baby Boom was offered in Elmax, I would be interested in using it for kitchen duty.

Any idea if coated blades do well in the kitchen ?

I would love to see Busse come out with some more culinary knives in the future. Like the Nick's
