future knife maker?

the names tom..... ive been intrested in learning anything about metal for about 3 years now, and ive been determine to start doing any kind of blacksmihing or metal work. and luckly enough i just got in touch with a former knife maker a couple weeks ago that goes by the name indian george, and he is willing to take me under as a student of his, if anyones lookin to help a new guy out add me to your buddy list let me know wuts goin on, my aim name would be yet again paivaman51889 so IM me if youd like
 
Welcome to the obsession. If you been thinkin this long your doomed. Once you get with IG you'll be ruined:D ::D IG is a great teacher. Many of the guys here have learned from him. Good luck..

Rascal! Yep, still hunting the dang critters. It should be easier this fall and winter. The critters have probably multiplied several times over since I was there last time.

HAHAHA!! This has to be a first...Someone actually saying he's lucky for having met IG!! This is priceless!:D
Having Tom around is great, It saves me from wasting a lot of time, energy, and precious air trying to talk sense into George. Beware Tom, its a thankless job.

As for the "former" part... no need to kick you again while you are down...:D
