These are currency trading courses, it is an entire program where one can learn at home trading of currencies. You will ultimately need DSL or cable, but not initially. Course is $990 which allows for this book and any sessions in your area. I signed up, am not able to pursue it. I'm selling the whole course/manual for $500.
