A few weeks ago I bought a 9" Ryobi bandsaw from HomeDepot. I have been using it to cut scales - wood and micarta - no problem. This morning I tried to cut some G-10 scales to the shape of the knife they are going on, and that stuff is hard - it took the ends off all the teeth!!!
Time for a new blade.

I always use the metal cutting bandsaw for G10, cuts like butter. Wait till you try to cut some carbon fiber :D

Thanks guys. I heard this stuff was tough, but didn't know it was that tough. I don't have a metal bandsaw yet, I do my blade profiling with an angle grinder with cut-off disks and grinding wheels which I'm guessing would melt G-10??
