I recently had the opportunity to stop by G.P. Knives in Troy, Illinois while I was driving crosscountry. I have ordered from their website several times and have been impressed by the quality of their service and the range of products they sell. I was pleased to find that they are also great folks to deal with in person. Their selection is superb, they welcomed the opportunity to let me handle as many knives as I wanted, and they were some of the most pleasant folks I have ever dealt with.
