Sakai bird and trout knife , Japanese maker (very good knife maker, chefs knives esp.)very hard to find bird and trout , super sharp -shave sharp. I have 1 my son has 1 and i still have a back up plus this 1 I am selling,I bought 6 originally right from Japan I knew someone that spoke Japanese, thats how I had to actually get them from the factory.superb steel, keeps an edge. hardwood handle brass tang
