Can anyone tell me how G10 holds up to high heat, high humidity, cold and water?

It's glass and epoxy so it's (To my knowledge) water proof. Unless you're planning a trip to the sun, heat isn't a problem, either.

G110 does very well in harsh environments. Heat can kill it, but the same heat would also kill the user, so not an issue. It ought to withstand boiling water just fine.

Ive dropped a spyderco tenacious's g-10 directly on concrete and it had almost zero marking.

G10 should be good to at least 250F.
Humidity won't bother it.
Water won't bother it.
Cold won't bother it.

If you left it in full direct sunlight everyday for a few weeks, the outside surface would get chalky. Epoxies don't do well in UV. But, I've not heard of anyone having any issues with UV sensitivity in actual use.

Thanks for all the replys I was worried about leaving a G10 handled folder in the console of my truck during summer

I've had a G-10 handled Persistence in my car's console for 2 years and it looks and feels the same as the day I bought it. G-10 is good stuff.

Just for fun: someone posted this on Cold Steel's facebook page last month-- it's a G10 knife after being in a fire. Of course I wouldn't expect any knife to be good after a fire, hehe.
