I tried something a little different for this FF, I based the overall shape off of the classic small/medium lockbacks I grew up with and remember.

The blade is 1/8" thick 1095 at 2 1/2"s, with a flat grind and forge finish on the flats. The opened length is 5 3/4"s, closed 4 1/4"s, handle in olive drab/black G10 on stainless liners, with a 3/16"s adjustable pivot and bronze washers.

Love the look of this FF but I'd like to see it with some different handle scales.. your bright blue G10, maroon canvas micarta, or CF would look bad ass. Great work, I always enjoy seeing your pieces.

Thanks man, I need to get a hold of some CF in the near future so I can start putting that on a few knives.

Very nice work again Mr. Folts!

I am keeping my eye on you, I have a feeling there will be something for me, very soon.

Id love to see a small fixed blade under 5" total length with a FFG blade under or around 2" with CF for pocket carry. I challenge you! hah

Thanks guys, I finally remembered which knife I had that inspired this one. It was the Gerber ultra lite LST, I had one in the 90's, but like many a small knife, it got lost somewhere along that 25 year stretch. This is just a hair bigger than the LST, but still smaller than SAK officer.

Something like the look of your dulcimer model really catches my eye! I had to scroll back on facebook to find the image again ha
