G10 handle scales

So I wanna try making custom scales for my spyerco persistence does anyone know of a good video to learn from and also I am trying to buy g10 but am unsure of what thickness to get, should I get 1/16 or 1/8 thanks guys in advanced

Best bet is to look at YouTube. Walter Sorrells has a number of tutorials as do others. You want to use 1/8 for your Spyderco.
