G10 Liners...or Delrin?

If you are just using it as a liner to go next to steel, and covering with a harder material... why not right?

Thoughts?

Because you can't bond to Delrin very well.

You do see it used as a molded handle material on some kitchen knives because it is a dishwasher safe polymer, but it is over-molded or riveted.

All of the acetals I've worked with suck at bonding. Plus, why? Limited colors available, can't believe it's much less expensive than G10 in liner thickness.

I order G10 liners from Jantz Supply because that's usually where I order from. But AKS, USA KM, and Texas KM should all have them too.
