WWWOOOOOAAAAAAHHHHHHH!
I was just sitting here at the computer, Just before I start work (it's 8.15 in the morning) Suddenly there was a knock at the door. It was the postman clutching a parcel for me.
My g-10 MT had arrived :D :D :D
Amasing knife but the thing that has most intrigued me is the sheath. Looks like so many ways to attach it.
Anyway I'm off to have a play around with my new "wonder" toy.
Won't be getting much work done today I can tell you.:D :)

Right then I've had a play with the MT. Damn it's good. But I was wondering if the guard on it is like the cord wrap models ( the guard actually being metal) or is it only G-10 (with no metal below the surface of the guard)? :)

Love the sheath, but as I'm left handed, I took out the kydex insert to turn it around and noticed that it is flat on the side that would be towards the back of the sheath. So I'm wondering if I'm meant to get a lefthanded kydex insert or doesn't it really matter ( I think the latter is probably more likely).

Oh by the way, I've managed to modify a Microtech folder pouch so I can wear my WP wharncliffe on the outside of my belt either vertical or horizontal whilst it still being in the original kydex sheath. :) It's pretty cool. At least I'm impressed with it!

As I use the computer at work ( I don't own one myself!!!) I have no means of putting a picture up. What I did was:
Cut off the flap of the pouch.
Take the trim off a section of said pouch flap and stich it over the cut you have just made.
Insert kydex sheath and make 2 holes in pouch that correspond with holes in the kydex. Take the pouch out and turn it over and repeat the making of two holes (this makes it ambidexterous or you can just do it once if you only carry your knife one particular way).
Seal the edges of the holes (and any other loose threads) with a quick blast from a lighter. Attach eyelets to the holes. Insert kydex sheath in the pouch and secure by either tying a small amount of para cord (take out the middle strands first) or I used the screws etc from my MOD CQD kydex rig. VOILA. It can now be put on your belt using the belt loops on the back.:D :)
I appreciate this might not be the first time this has been done, but I did think it up myself and not just copy someone else.
Hope this helps, sorry if it is not to clear. ;)

Mick: how about using the idea? I only require a small commision, lets say the first left hand SNG:p :) :p LOL

Oh I forgot to ask. Is the handle on all larger striders so long? The handle on mine extends about two inches out the back of my hand. Just interested thats all.

SMAT,
I bet there’s someone out there with bigger hands than you….
And ya know want they say about big hands…
Sorry…

Most of our handles are between five and five and one half inches.
