g10 shallot

will there be a g10 handle shallot coming out anytime soon? the blade shape of the shallot is superb, i just wish the handle was g10 or frn.
 
I would love to see Kershaw do textured G10 on the non-lock side of the frame, but keep the framelock on the other side. Sorta like their ZT knives. The stainless frame slabs are very slippery under thumb and I'm always afraid of slipping when using my Leek. I might try the grip tape trick that some here have done.
 
And I'd like to see a little fanciness on the G10 slab too. Maybe a design or something. Or colored G10. The Shallot has such a cool shape, especially with the CB, but the handle just looks so plain.
 
On the two I have in my carry box (CB and 110V) I changed out the handles with the CKT. I think it offers more grip.

But G10 and maybe a VG-10 blade would be interesting.
 
Yes, the Shallot lost a bit in the interpretation of the DeadSexy...

Still, it's hard to argue with a KO design in CPM-S110V for under $100! :thumbup:
 
I'd like to see a G10 and liner front scale with the framelock side unchanged. Or maybe just an add-on Liner and G10 front scale.
 
OK then GG, howz about this: an update on the Lee Williams Ener-G that was to have the black G10 and satin hollow ground blade like the first Ener-G's? Could that be frame lock with the Hinderer stabilizer with a single G10 slab on the non-lock side? I think those would be nice. I'd buy some.
