g10/ti Military cts-xhp

That's cool it seems to work well. Did you put together the other pieces?

Nope..i might put it up for sale? I couldn't get the lanyard tube to go in the ti non locking side. ..or I might just keep it for back-up spare parts

I was just going to ask how many Militarys you took apart to make that knife...lol :D It's nice!

Ive been fantasizing about doing that myself, except i find myself around $450 short.

Looks great.

I'm planning on putting an XHP blade into an orange Milli soon. This has given me a jump. The knife looks beautiful!

Thanks for posting this, I was considering doing this for the M390 Millie coming out soon, in fact If I know that the Ti millie I get will have the insert in the CRIL then I will have to forgo the Cash and do it.

Thanks again, Confirmed belief on the topic, Looks great by the way.

Cheers,
Guy

You steel snobs! :) My most carried folder for self defense purposes (I know I know) is the standard S30V Spyderco Military. It's a big bad cutting machine. I'd love to have one in ti but I'm afraid it would be a lot heavier and the steel of course doesn't matter for my purpooses. S30V is a great steel in it's own right & will do nicely against fabrics and soft tissue (God forbid it encounters them). I love the Millie! :D
