HAS anyone tried to glue g10 with anything other then epoxy?
Do you seal this with anything after your done sanding?
This would be my first time to use this, so don't want to mess it up.

I agree with Will, your glue should be there to keep water out. Epoxy works just fine with G10, I also really like gorilla glue. I've used super glue as well.

I just sand it.black g-10 i leave at 150 grit for a user finish..,but you can sand it up to 200 and buff if you like!your best bet it to bead blast it though.

gorilla glue and pins has worked well for me, side, top and rear impacts held really well.

I agree with a blast finish, then i (shoe shine) with a clean cotton rag.

Vern, is there a specific reason why you don't want to use epoxy?
Thanks,
Mitch

NO reason at all . just wondering.
i do go off in to space now and then.

Gorilla glue dries clear and is best in thin sections. After you clamp it tight, it's very difficult to see a glue line between scales.

Fwiw Vern, I hate working with epoxy.
